365 DAY WARRANTY INFORMATION
From when you design your personalised jewellery piece, until the time you receive it, our service to you does not stop there. We have a 365 day warranty that covers production defects and workmanship. Please be advised that the warranty will become void if the piece has been subjected to misuse or altered by any other person not a part of the Belle Fever production team.
Our Quality Assurance team inspects and every piece before it is packed and sent, however, in the rare instance that your piece has a defect, please contact us via email, messenger or phone +61 2 9070 1100, so that we can assist you in getting your piece repaired. When contacting us, please have your order number or email address that you placed the order with ready.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The customer is responsible for postage costs associated involving the warranty repair
- Upon inspection, we have the right to void the warranty if we find any signs of misuse, modification, or damage that is beyond regular use as determined by our production team
- Belle Fever is not responsible for lost or stolen pieces
