Can I use more than one discount code?
It is important to note that only one discount code can be used per order, and it is not possible to combine it with other promotions.
How do I place an order?

Can I get more letters or words to fit in over the character allowance?
At Belle Fever, our talented designers are committed to making your custom request a reality. If you need more characters, we can collaborate with you to adjust the font size or create a custom design that can accommodate your request.
How do I make payment?
We accept payments via third-party gateways such as Stripe, Shop Pay, and buy now pay later services like Afterpay, Laybuy, and Zip.
How do I use my store credit or gift certificates?
Upon customising your designs, proceed to checkout. If there is store credit in your Belle Fever account, you will have the option to use it as payment for your order. Likewise, when using a gift certificate, input the code provided at checkout to apply the amount to your order, while any remaining credit balance remains on the certificate.
How do I measure my size for bracelets and rings?
Measure your size by tracing the inside of an old bangle on paper and measuring the diameter. Another option is wrapping a string around your wrist, ensuring it fits comfortably over your knuckles. Measure and record the string's measurements in cm. Consult our guide for assistance. In the event of an incorrect size, resizing is available for a fee of $15 in silver or $29 in gold.
I have a custom design/symbol/font/language, can you do this?
At Belle Fever, we believe in endless possibilities. We are dedicated to working hand in hand with you to realise your dream design. Our skilled designers will craft a design that aligns perfectly with your vision. Send us an email at admin@bellefever.com.au detailing your concept and providing any rough drafts, and we will transform it into a reality.
Can I inscribe at a later stage?
Most Belle Fever pieces include inscribing at the time of purchase. However, for non-inscribed products or if you want to add a name later, there will be an inscription fee. The fee varies based on the piece/s and the desired inscription. In general, re inscription fees are $15 for silver pieces and $29 for gold pieces. Can I inscribe on both sides of a Belle Fever piece?
We are pleased to inform you that the majority of our products can be customised with back inscriptions at a cost of only $10 per design.
What is the Design Layout service?
Our Design Layout Service offers the chance to partner with a Belle Fever designer for a tailor-made item or to explore a layout design. Included in this service are 3 revisions/changes. To view your preferred symbol, layout, font, or design before it's produced, we suggest adding the design layout service to your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Can I pick up my order?
Order packaging in batches can pose challenges when retrieving a specific order. If you have special circumstances, please reach out to us in advance at admin@bellefever.com.au.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide: $7 for US & NZ, $9 for UK & Canada. Other international postage is $19 or free for orders $99+. We don't cover customs tax and charges.
How much is postage cost?
Shipping: $9 Australia wide, $19 international. Free shipping for orders $99+. Express postage: $14.90 (metro areas only). US & NZ: $7, UK & Canada: $9 flat.
Does shipping time estimates include order creation?
Shipping time estimates are determined by Australia Post and do not account for order creation time. Our personalised designs are meticulously handcrafted from scratch. If you require an urgent order, please contact us for further assistance.
My tracking number has no events or updates?
Given the large number of packages we send out every week, Australia Post does not scan each package over the counter. Once it arrives at the sorting or delivery center, the tracking details may display as 'no events' and will not be updated until Australia Post scans it. If you have concerns and no update 3-4 days after we inform you that your package has shipped, feel free to contact us or Australia Post for assistance.
If I miss my package and it gets returned, how much is the re-delivery fee?
Returns can be resent using standard tracked post at $9 nationwide and $19 internationally. Express postage within Australia is available for $14.90. Exceptions: US & NZ ($8), UK & Canada ($9).
Can I change a shipping method or shipping address?
You can make changes to shipping method or address while your order is in progress. However, once an order is completed and in line for packing, changes are not possible. Once an order is given to the packing team, no shipping changes can be made.
I received the order timeline, does it really take that long?
The order processing timeline outlined presents a complete picture of our process and the effort required for each piece. Nevertheless, at Belle Fever, our team of experts works diligently to ensure a faster turnaround for your order.
I need my order urgently.
Expect delivery in 3 to 14 working days. Due to high volume, early postage is not guaranteed. We're working hard to get your order to you quickly. Express Post does not affect estimated production time and dates. Normal shipping arrangements and cut off dates are not available during holidays due to increased demand.
Jewellery Information
What are the birthstones made from?
All our stones, including birthstones, are crystals. The colour of the stones can vary when light passes through them.
What chains and clasps do you use?
Pendants: 45cm snake chain, extend to 50cm with parrot clip. Dog tags: 60cm ball chain with bullet clasp. Name necklaces: 45cm link chain, extend to 50cm with parrot clip. Specify desired chain length in order notes.
Can your moments charms fit on other charm bracelets/bangles?
The charms we offer are compatible with the majority of charm bangles and bracelets, including those from Pandora brand.
Can I get a different chain length because mine is too long/short?
Chain exchange within 14 days of receiving item. Chain must be in original condition. Send to PO Box 6008 Rouse Hill Town Centre NSW 2155 with note of desired length (contact us for availability). Include self-addressed stamped envelope for new chain.
Do you have a warranty on your jewellery?
Our 365 day warranty ensures that all items are protected against any manufacturing faults and defects. It's important to note that damages caused by misuse, alterations, or work carried out by other companies are not included.
Can Belle Fever repolish and clean my jewellery?
We are able to assist you. Please send your Belle Fever jewellery to us and we will expertly repolish it, then send it back to you. The cost for this service is $29.00. Remember to include a self-addressed 500g Express or Tracked Post satchel.
Care & Maintenance
How is the jewellery packaged?
Each Belle Fever jewellery arrives in a Belle Fever wallet, enhancing the pendant's allure and preparing it as a thoughtful gift. Optional Belle Fever gift boxes are also offered, complete with a free double-layer polish cloth.
How should I clean my Belle Fever pieces?
Perform frequent cleaning with phosphate-free soap and warm water. Immediately dry.
Can I wear Belle Fever Jewellery in the shower?
Jewellery can be worn in the shower, and it may even get cleaned in the process. However, it is important to thoroughly dry the pieces afterwards to prevent residue build up.
What does the Belle's TLC Package cover?
The Belle Fever's TLC Package provides future protection for your purchase. Choose a 1 year or 3 year Jewellery Care Package, with 6 months of complimentary cover (valid from date of shipment). The Care Package offered by Belle Fever includes the following maintenance for your purchase:

Should I use chemical dips to clean my pendant?
No. These dips have a high cleaning rate for jewellery, but their strength is excessive, posing a risk of removing a significant layer from the surface of the pendant. Consequently, your pendant might sustain damage.
Why are the links not soldered?
Our pendants feature unsoldered links for convenient replacement or disassembly. Rest assured, our handcrafted links are exceptionally sturdy at 1.5mm, offering excellent resistance to bending. You can trust that they will securely hold your pieces in place.
Materials & Finishes
What is the difference between Sterling Silver and Monel Silver?
Monel Silver has the appearance of sterling silver with a white gold rhodium hue. Unlike sterling silver, it does not require maintenance and will not corrode or tarnish when in contact with sweat. Additionally, it gains more shine with wear and is strong and non-flexible, comparable to titanium. Monel silver is guaranteed to meet your expectations. It should not be mistaken for Industrial Monel Metal. Belle Fever materials are 100% hypoallergenic, ensuring no allergic reactions, skin irritations, or discolouration. Completely allergy-free.

Are your products solid Gold and Rose Gold?
We don't use solid Gold or Rose Gold for affordability. Our high-quality materials are long-lasting. Yellow gold resembles 14k. Base metal is Monel Silver, with the gold infused.
Do you have White Gold?
The white gold look and feel of our Monel Silver renders a white gold option unnecessary.
I am allergic to sterling silver or fashion jewellery, can I wear Belle Fever Jewellery?
Belle Fever jewellery is hypo allergic, nickel and lead free. Our materials have a grade similar to titanium and are immune to tarnish, fading, and discolouration.

There are scratches on my jewellery?
Every piece of our handcrafted and hand polished jewellery can experience light surface scratches. If you have any concerns, contact us at admin@bellefever.com.au for assistance. Keep in mind that stacked pendants (e.g. Tower of love, mothers disc double pendant, etc.) are stacked on top of each other, which can result in light scratches when they rub. To prevent scratching on these designs, a thin film is added between the pieces to minimise movement and rubbing. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any queries or apprehensions regarding the cleaning and polishing of your jewellery.
