My photo was etched beautifully onto the dog tags, the finished product was all I could have hoped for and the design process was easy to follow and I was very appreciative of the early contact with the ‘mock up’ piece to make sure it was what I wanted - my great nephew and great niece loved receiving them - they are such a special keepsake of their late great grandmother. Growing up in a family with three girls...
It was my dream to have a personalised name necklace.
But when I finally received it from my parents, the sterling silver quickly tarnished and only years later as this happened with every jewellery, I found that it was my acid skin.
It felt unfair, but this drove me to find that solution: Monel Silver.
