Here at our jewellery workshop, we take a lot of pride in the pieces we create. Every piece is made with care, and we work hard to ensure that each one is perfect for our customer. We're going to take you behind the scenes and show you how we make your personalised jewellery. From start to finish, we'll give you a look at the care and attention that goes into each piece.
The first step is always the design. Our designers sit down with our customers and discuss what they're looking for in their jewellery. We take into account the style of the piece, as well as any special meaning it might have for each customer. Once we have a good understanding of what the customer would like to capture, our designers get to work creating sketches of potential designs. Unless you have your own little artist, where we would create their drawing as a keepsake like our Custom Cut Kids Drawing Necklace.
Once a design is finalised, our skilled craftsmen set to work creating the piece. Every detail is crafted with care, and no two pieces are exactly alike. Even when we're making multiple pieces that are similar in design, each one has its own unique touches that make it special.
After the piece is finished, it's put through a rigorous quality control process to make sure that it meets our high standards. Once it passes inspection, it's carefully packaged and shipped out to our customers. We hope that when they open their box, they're as thrilled with their new jewellery as we are!
