Belle Fever: Truly Personalised Jewellery & More

Belle Fever is a family-run label making personalised and memorial jewellery, founded on Valentine's Day in 2012 and built around its own metal. More than one million handcrafted pieces have been sold since, and the reviews page currently shows a rating of 4.96 out of 5 from more than 25,000 verified reviews.

What does Belle Fever make?

  • Personalised name jewellery - custom-cut and engraved necklaces, rings, bracelets and bangles
  • Memorial and cremation keepsakes - sealed pendants and keepsake urns holding a small portion of ashes
  • Photo and handwriting jewellery - images and handwriting laser engraved onto the designs made for it
  • Family pieces - tree and circle designs holding 7 or 10 engraved names with optional birthstones
  • Keyrings and everyday pieces - for people who do not wear jewellery
  • Beyond jewellery - the ENCA skincare range, hair care, and personalised bedding

The most given single piece is the Personalised Name Necklace; the most given memorial piece is the Memory Cremation Necklace.

Where did Monel Silver come from?

From a problem. Belle Fever began in 2012 when founder Sarah, inspired by her daughter Isabella and her own childhood wish for a personalised name necklace, found that the silver necklace she owned tarnished quickly against her skin. Rather than accept that, she went looking for a material that would not, and the result was the Monel Silver formula the brand still uses, with Moneil Gold and Moneil Rose Gold alongside it.

That is why the whole range is built around one property: these tones are waterproof and tarnish-resistant, at a minimum 1.5mm thickness with deep laser engraving, so a piece can be worn every day without a maintenance routine.

What do customers actually say?

Belle Fever's reviews page is the source of truth, currently showing 4.96 out of 5 from more than 25,000 verified reviews. The recurring themes are consistent: that the pieces stay bright with daily wear and water exposure, that the craftsmanship exceeds what was expected at the price, and that the customer service is responsive when something needs fixing. Memorial and family pieces attract the most emotional feedback, which is unsurprising given what they carry.

What happens when something goes wrong?

  • A spelling or engraving error made by Belle Fever - replaced at no cost
  • A defect in workmanship - covered by the 365-Day Warranty
  • Surface scratches - most common on layered designs where discs sit against each other; protective films are applied in production, and the team will help if a piece arrives marked
  • A change of mind on a personalised piece - not accepted, because the piece was cut or engraved specifically for you and cannot be resold
  • Anything else - the team can be reached at admin@bellefever.com.au, and photographs speed everything up

The 100% Love It Guarantee sits behind all of it: if the piece is not right, the team works with you until it is.

What is Belle Fever working on next?

Expanding beyond its established markets into Europe and the Americas, and improving how customers are kept informed after ordering, since a personalised piece is made after purchase and people reasonably want to know where theirs is. The brand has also extended past jewellery into skincare, hair care and personalised homewares, including a custom designed doona cover and the ENCA Acne Clearing Set.

Frequently asked questions

Is Belle Fever jewellery solid gold or silver?

No. Belle Fever uses its own Monel Silver as the base metal, with Moneil Gold and Moneil Rose Gold as the gold tones. They are chosen for durability rather than bullion value: waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and made to be worn every day rather than kept for occasions.

Will it tarnish?

No. Tarnish is a chemical reaction between reactive silver alloys and sulfur compounds in air and sweat, and these tones do not undergo it. That is the specific problem the Monel Silver formula was developed to solve in 2012.

Can I return a personalised piece if I change my mind?

No, because the piece was cut or engraved specifically for you and cannot be resold. If Belle Fever made an error, or there is a defect, it is replaced. Read your personalisation aloud before confirming, since it is reproduced exactly as entered.

How long does a custom order take?

A personalised piece is made after you order, so the production time sits ahead of the delivery time. Current timeframes and cut-off dates for dated occasions are published at checkout and on the shipping page.

Can I engrave both sides of a piece?

On many designs, yes. A common arrangement is a name on the front and a date or private message on the reverse, which lets one piece be both public and personal. Each product page states what its design allows.

How should I clean it?

Buff with a soft dry cloth, and use warm water with a drop of plain soap for anything that will not lift. Work engraved lettering with a soft toothbrush along the letters. Never use abrasive pastes or chemical dips, which fill engraving and dull the contrast.

Does Belle Fever ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide, with orders placed regularly from New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and across Europe.
